What is a disbursement?
Disbursements are the cost of the certificates to prepare the statement of adjustments. This is to ensure that all outgoings are paid at settlement date and includes council rates, water rates, land tax and owners corporation fees (if applicable).

We review your Section 32, ensure you are protected, prepare all transfer and settlement documents, complete your Stamp Duty requirements (excluding WA) and liaise directly with your lender so everything comes together on the day.
