No surprises or hidden costs.
We are not the cheapest. We are not the most expensive. We are competitively priced with a team of lawyers and experts who deliver exceptional client service and get the job done.

What is a disbursement?

Disbursements are the cost of the certificates to prepare the statement of adjustments. This is to ensure that all outgoings are paid at settlement date and includes council rates, water rates, land tax and owners corporation fees (if applicable).

Buying

Purchasing property is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make. It’s so important to have a qualified lawyer review your contracts so you are protected right from the beginning. We review your Section 32, ensure you are protected, prepare all transfer and settlement documents, complete your Stamp Duty requirements (excluding WA) and liaise directly with your lender so everything comes together on the day.

Selling

Good preparation before your property hits the market makes all the difference. We prepare your Section 32,Vendor's Statement and Contract of Sale, advise on conditions that protect your position, manage communication with buyers and agents, and ensure settlement goes smoothly.

We keep things moving so your sale doesn't stall at the final hurdle.

First Home

Buying your first home should be exciting, not stressful. We take the time to walk you through every stage of the conveyancing process, help you understand your Section 32, and make sure you don't miss out on any grants or stamp duty concessions you're entitled to.

We're always available to answer your questions. No jargon, no rush

Contract Review

Before you sign a Contract of Sale, it's important you have a professional read it first. We go through every clause carefully, explain your rights and obligations, and flag anything unusual or potentially costly. If something needs to be negotiated or amended before you commit, we'll tell you and help you do it.

Visit the Purchase Ready page for a same day contract review.

Off-The-Plan

Buying off the plan involves unique risks that aren't always obvious at first glance. Sunset clauses, long settlement timelines and developer obligations among them. We review your contract in detail, explain what you're agreeing to, monitor key dates throughout the build, and make sure everything is in order before you settle.

Peace of mind from contract to completion

Leasing / Renting

A lease is a legal commitment, and the terms matter more than most people realise. We prepare and review residential and commercial leasing agreements for both landlords and tenants, explain the key conditions clearly, and highlight anything that could cause issues down the track.

Whether you're taking on a new tenant or signing a commercial lease, we make sure you are informed.
